Somerset is one of Marco Island's most highly desirable waterfront condominium complexes. It is here, on the 9th floor of the beautiful Somerset building that you will find this fully furnished unit. This condo features a stunning lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, front sitting area, three spacious bedrooms, and outdoor shaded patio overlooking the beach. When you enter the home, you will immediately notice an intimate foyer area, complete with loveseat and side tables. CONSTRUCTION: Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be construction projects in progress near-by to the Property or unit during your stay. Island Escapes and Property owner may or may not be made aware of these projects and do not have control over how long they will last. The Somerset will begin the Window and Door opening upgrades for units and common areas a few units will begin over the next few weeks, with the largest portion being done over the summer months.
