This 1 Bed/2 Bath condo has been beautifully updated and located in one of the best properties in Kihei directly across the street from one of the best beaches in Kihei. Ground floor with tropical views make this the perfect unit for your Maui getaway! As you enter, be welcomed by the elegant and timeless furnishings of this unit. The living area is inviting with modern furnishings and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping, allowing this unit to sleep four guests. Relax with your favorite movie, complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and AC to keep cool. The sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living with private lanai. The spacious lanai offers a great space to lounge or dine alfresco and take in the beautiful garden setting. Enjoy the beauty of the lush tropical grounds or step across the street for ocean views and toes in the white sandy beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything any home chef would need with all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, plateware, utensils, and cooking items. There is a breakfast bar with added seating and dining area with room for four to dine. The guest bath is renovated and well appointed with glass enclosed walk-in shower. The full size new washer/dryer allows for lighter packing. This master suite is your tranquil retreat after a fun filled day on Maui. Drift off to sleep with the luxurious king bed, ceiling fan to keep it cool and a flat screen TV. The master ensuite bath has been renovated and equipped with updated fixtures with tub/shower combo. The resort offers amenities for the whole family with a large pool, small children's wading pool, adult & family hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ's, picnic areas and fitness center! Directly across from one of the best beaches on Maui! We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes and switches. All of our properties have keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. We are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.
