Relax on the chaise lounges or enjoy a drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Inside this charming duplex, each floor offers direct backyard access. The upper unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and sunroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—share a full bathroom. The lower unit provides two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Both levels are equipped with full-sized washers and dryers, and multiple living spaces feature smart TVs with cable. This home is near the IOP recreational department with playgrounds, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Just a mile away is Front Beach, with numerous restaurants and shops.
