This upscale, 4 bedroom vacation rental residence enjoys a boat dock,a sparkling swimming pool and a wonderul settig. A Guest Quarters is ituated on the lower level and enjoys a Master Bedroom Suite with a full bath and living area and a kitchenette. A queen size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping. The spacious main living area and three other bedrooms are situated on the second floor. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include an island top gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator. This state of the art kitchen has all you will need for cooking and entertaining. Sliding glass doors lead out to a covered porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs where you may enjoy views out over the water and the pool below. This porch is connected to an open sun deck,The Master Bedroom off the main living area has a full private bath en suite and a walk in closet. The other two Guest Rooms have access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient Powder Room. One of them is a kid’s Bunk Room.. First Floor Lock Out: Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchenette, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Garage Access with Laundry.
