This 6 bedrooms, 6 full & 2 half baths house has it all. With a custom bunk room with built-in bunk beds that can accommodate eight little ones, this is a PERFECT vacation home away from home. This coastal beach house has the kitchen, dining room, living room and a master suite all on the main floor which has 12-foot ceilings throughout. This main room flows to an outdoor kitchen and a large swimming pool that is 18 feet by 35 feet. The chef-quality custom kitchen has everything you need to entertain and cook for your group of 20 with modern high-end appliances, two prep sinks, two dishwashers and two ovens The dining area seats ten, and the covered patio has a table for six. There is a grill in the summer kitchen area as well as a commercial ice maker that produces 200 pounds of ice daily. The grounds are nothing short of delightful and the outdoor area is where you will spend the majority of your time (enjoying the Florida sunshine) the18 foot by 35-foot pool boasts a state of the art built-in hot tub and tanning ledge enjoying that that much-desired southwest exposure. Chaise lounges are lined up around the deck for sunbathing. You will be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful and private back yard setting, There are two entertainment areas in the main floor area, as well as a large media room on the second floor ideal for family fun after the sun has set. The fully equipped media room extends outwards to the large patio that overlooks the pool where you will also find an outdoor seating area and large television. Description: The first floor has a romantic king suite with glass doors leading out to the patio. The master bathroom has a tub and shower. The bunk room sleeps 8 on two built-in queen-over-queen bunk beds that can easily handle teenagers. Each bunk is equipped with a separate light and charging station for all of their electronic equipment. They can hang out in the entertainment room next to the bunk room that opens on the deck overlooking the pool. Finally, the third floor has two more king suites. The western room has a great view from the deck of the pool. You may have to sacrifice at sunset when the gang heads up for cocktails and goes on your deck to get to the spiral staircase for a stunning sunset and gulf views from 50 feet in the air.
