The homes impress living space feature a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings with a wonderful formal dining area that can accommodate up to 14 for dinner. The homes beautiful, fully equipped kitchen has all you will need to ensure fine entertaining and dining.
The heart of the home is the direct access to a spacious back patio with an impressive 12 x 30 ft pool featuring three fountains, LED lighted bubblers, and an oversized “wet deck”. The pool area has access to a bathroom added for ease while playing out back. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for gatherings and barbecues. This will be a great place to relax in the evenings after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches. Completing this level is a Queen Suite with a private bathroom
On the second floor are two King Suites with private baths, one of which includes a connected nursery room. This nursery area has a twin daybed and plenty of room to set up the pack-n-play. All of the bedrooms include flat screen TV’s and top of the line bedding. Get the most out of your sleep after a long day in the Florida sun!
The third floor is all about kids (not excluding your inner-child)! The media room includes a 50” TV, DVD, and XBOX with games. This room also includes a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, easily turning it into your fifth bedroom. Please note that this room does not have a door.The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own private TV and lighting.
The Frangista Beach neighborhood mostly consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street, complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping and dining.
Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece relocated here and built a small motel, and subsequently a little white chapel. Many couples are married in Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

*Weddings/Events - If held on property or private beach an additional $500.00 HOA fee is required for permit. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.
*Frangista Beach Homes: ONLY Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $500 event fee.
*All other homes within Walton County must obtain the separate permit through Walton County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee.
