The upgraded stainless steel appliances, ample quartz countertops, and two additional dining areas provide an excellent space for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. Enjoy the sunshine and tropical breeze on the private balconies that overlook the pool and canal, or take a dip in the private heated pool with a jetted jacuzzi after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor living area features plenty of lounging space, a shaded area for relaxation, and a BBQ area for cookouts and al fresco dining. The fenced-in backyard is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a serene and relaxing ambiance. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval with a wight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
