With incredible interior and exterior amenities and conveniently located just minutes from the beach, this rental is true to its name – guests should arrive ready to get away and play! The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into this charming rental are the beautiful staircases, simple décor, and clean feel to the home. On the ground floor, there is a sizable room featuring a dining set on one side and a secondary living room area on the other. The dining table has room for six and the couches have room for five. There is also a door leading to the backyard area. Just up the first flight of stairs is the common area featuring a large kitchen, living room, and dining room set all spaced out in an open concept design. The kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances, has ample counter space, a large island, and a breakfast bar with room for four. The formal dining room is simple and elegant with a large dining room table and access to the large deck. The living room offers a full-sized couch, matching love seat, and large flat screen TV. The second-story deck, which is accessible through this common area, is large and features two outdoor dining sets and a view of the backyard. This is a 3 bedroom plus a bonus bunk room, 2.5 bath home with room to sleep eight. Two of the three bedrooms and the bunk room are located on the second, main living floor. The bunk room, perfect for kids or roommates, features a bunk bed with two twins and a flat screen TV. The first bedroom is spacious and offers a queen-sized bed, large dresser, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and dresser, and the room is flooded with natural light from its three sizeable windows. The den and both bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom and half bath on the same floor. The full-sized bath is massive and features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is on the third floor of the home. It is a massive master-suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. The bathroom compliments the room’s size and features a simple kitchenette, double vanity, separate shower and toilet room, and curved walk-in shower. The private balcony is charming and offers outdoor seating and views of the surrounding Holmes Beach community. This rental also has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use. ground floor is where relaxation turns to fun. The backyard covers a large area with a large patio where half of the patio is covered, and half is uncovered – perfect for those who love the shade and the sun! The patio area also features outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and a grill. The private heated pool is large and bell-shaped and has two small, in-water shelves for sitting.* Along with all of this, the home is a few minutes’ walk to Holmes Beach with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and it’s close to local shops and restaurants. All of these amenities make this rental a dream location for your family vacation! Our pools are heated during the months of November through April at no additional charge to our guests. We do not heat the pools during the warmer months of May through October. If you are renting between November and April and you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Southwest Florida we do occasionally get cold spells. This will cause the pool water temperature to drop down into the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. When the weather gets warmer and the pumps are able to re-engage, please be mindful that re-heating of the pool back to 82 degrees may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen from time to time. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool companies. For your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with -most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will not reach the 100+ degrees of a traditional hot tub, but will remain at the same temperature as the pool. Please be aware that the property manager does not issue refunds based on acts of god. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, the property manager will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible! You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 28 night minimum stay as set forth by Holmes Beach’s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 6.
