Inside you will find a cozy main living space that consists of a kitchen with full-size appliances, an eating area that seats four and a living room with a comfy sofa. Your living room sliding glass doors open up to the large shared pool deck. Curl up after a long day of frolicking at the beach and watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Or maybe take a well-deserved nap in the Master Bedroom on your super plush, pillow-topped king size bed! This villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. If you are the type of person who doesn't want to miss a beat, then walk out your back door and have a seat in your poolside patio space, or meander down the pathways of the shared courtyard. You are just one short block from the beach and just a couple blocks away from shops and restaurants! This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval . Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
