You will love the largest heated pool on the island and the central location in Bradenton Beach. Our condo is on the ground level and has a cozy living room, kitchen, and dining area with a sliding door to a patio that overlooks the bay. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full and twin bed. Each bedroom has its bathroom and TV. You will have crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. You will also have complimentary WIFI and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The resort has many amenities, such as tennis courts, bocce balls, a kayak launch area in the bay, and a fishing pier. This is a dog-friendly condo! If you have added a pet to your reservation under several pets, the fee per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. 1 dog limit with a max weight of 20 lbs. The condo has a reserved parking spot and there are guest parking spots available. All vehicles (including golf carts) need a parking permit. Please note that large vehicles like trailers, boats, or campers are not allowed in the lot. You will find a parking pass in the condo to use during your stay. You must display it at all times when your vehicle is parked. Please leave the parking pass in the condo when you leave. If it is missing, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file. You are staying in a residential area. Please respect your neighbors by keeping the noise level down during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disturb the neighbors' quiet enjoyment of their private property. This home requires a minimum stay of seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.
