Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathroom, a queen bed and ample closet or dresser space. The house sleeps six comfortably with a portable crib (pack ‘n play) and additional blankets provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee maker, toaster, and blender in addition to standard items like stove, oven, microwave and frig. Cable TV, DVD player, and Apple TV provide ample entertainment options in the living room and 32? TVs are located in both bedrooms. The Florida room (sunroom) provides additional gathering space with books, puzzles and games for all ages. Wifi is accessible throughout the property. Off-street parking includes a paved driveway that can easily fit two cars, one of which can be under the carport. The backyard offers space to nap in the sun, enjoy a pleasant dinner (seating for six) and has easy access to the 2+ acre green space adjacent to the backyard. A gas grill is available for use as well. We provide guests with a beach cart to assist in carrying all your items down to the sand for hours of relaxation or active fun.It also backs up to a peaceful community greenbelt and is a half block from tennis courts and the city dock. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis (There are public courts on the island), para-sailing, jet ski or kayak.
