The beach house is furnished with tranquil, tropical colors and beachy accessories. The living room even features a fireplace with gas logs for romantic evenings at home. This well-appointed home is a very short distance to the Manatee Public beach, shopping, and restaurants. It sleeps six with king-size bed and two queen size beds. There is a 64” television in the living room with a DVD player. One of the bedrooms has 46” televisions and the other has a 31" television. New upgrades include a newly remodeled kitchen, new linens and new hammocks throughout the property. This property has wireless high-speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and expanded cable television service. Just steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants – a car may not even be necessary! It can easily be rented with the four bungalows next door for groups up to twenty-four. There is a coin operated laundry room on site for your convenience as well as a private, full size washer and dryer in your unit. Parking is limited to two cars.
