Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Holmes Beach, this is a small, carefully designed and beautifully maintained condo complex. Every unit enjoys a view of the white sand beaches and gorgeous crystal-blue waters, even those units not directly on the beach. Clearly the architect was inspired, since not only does each unit boast a view of the Gulf, but somehow, in spite of its small size, guests have a great deal of privacy. The unit has always been the center of happy family gatherings. Its cheery, tropical decor is perfect for sunny Anna Maria Island days. An up-to-date kitchen that's open to the dining area is fully stocked for easy meal prep, while a large living room gives everyone plenty of room to spread out while enjoying conversation or a program on TV. The screened porch is just beyond and is sure to be a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets for which the Gulf Coast is famous. Down the hall you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished for comfort and a good night's sleep, The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite bath, and its own TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which features twin beds. Additional sleeping is available on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Besides the beach, there is a large heated pool, as well as tennis right on the property! The many amenities of Anna Maria are close at hand, all of which are easily accessible via the free trolley; the southbound route passes right in front of the complex.
