Our condo is a separate stand alone building complete with a private garage and elevator. The ground level features a private garage and access to the elevator and stairs. The relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the open and bright living space on the third floor. With multiple patio doors, the oversized furnished balcony, complete with a dining table for six is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is also featured on this level with counter seating for three. A dining room with seating for offers an indoor dining option. Retreat to level two for the three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a Queen bed and the master bedroom includes a King bed. A separate den with a large work space and Queen sofa bed provide additional space.
