Relax and unwind in the private hot tub, nestled under a protective tarp and surrounded by tropical plants. Follow the outdoor stone path to the area beneath the home, where you'll find a convenient built-in wet bar to enjoy a refreshing drink. Inside, central air conditioning ensures a cool and comfortable atmosphere as you engage in friendly board game competitions. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom, with the main bedroom boasting a special jetted tub for your ultimate relaxation. The open kitchen features a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, making it perfect for casual meals together. This charming home is fully equipped and eagerly awaits your arrival - don't forget to pack your swimsuits! Here are a few things to keep in mind during your stay: Pool heat payments will not be accepted from May through October. The garage is not available for guest use. Access to the main living floor requires the use of stairs. To enhance your beach experience, we provide four beach chairs, one beach chair, beach towels, two kayaks, two paddleboards, a beach cooler, and a beach wagon, as well as two boogie boards. Take advantage of the kayak ramp for a smooth launch into the water! Please exercise caution when using the dock, as water levels can be shallow. During drought seasons, manatees and dolphins may still inhabit the area. While there are no restrictions on boat types, it's important to note that no vessel within the city limits may exceed idle speed (no wake). Please be aware that there is no boat lift available for guest use. Please note that pets are not allowed at this vacation rental, and the property is located on the second floor. Parking is available in the driveway, and guest entry is facilitated through an E-lock system, requiring a unique code for each stay.
