The 2 bedrooms both have their own bathroom. The master and the guest bedroom's both have a California King bed! There is a Full sleeper sofa located in the living room. The townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped boasting, granite countertops as well as all you will need for dining and cooking during your visit. A recently added BBQ grill out on the your covered lanai will help enjoy dining under the stars. HOUSE RULES This Unit is strictly Non Smoking. No Smoking in the unit or on the lanai or outside the front door. For anyone found smoking on the premises you will be asked to vacate the unit without refund. The neighbors are full time residents and are very sensitive to smoke of all kinds. AMENITIES The property offers a great selection of fun in the sun amenities including 3 swimming pools one being a quiet pool directly on the ocean, and another being for the kids to play, a tennis court, badminton court, bocce ball court, a clubhouse and front office, library, private fitness room with treadmills overlooking the ocean, seasonal fruit trees, a seasonal beach that runs the length of the property, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling!
