As a single-level home, there are no stairs. The large pocket door opens the spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room to the lanai, pool, and beautiful outdoor gardens. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.
County law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to the pool area to prevent them from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level home is fully furnished with four Master Suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom in the main home features a King Size bed. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with two Twin XL beds that can be joined to make a King with a gel mattress topper. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is, one of the few featuring a standalone guest cottage. Detached from the main home, this suite has a King bed and its own bathroom.
The house and guest cottage are equipped with central AC.
The airy open-concept main floor includes a kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with an outdoor kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people, with an additional 8 seats at the lanai outdoor tables, and 2 at the expansive kitchen island. The home also features a family room separate from the living room with a new large 70” Ultra HD 4K TV, perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game, or enjoying a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ and dining area, ideal for enjoying meals throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether celebrating a birthday, anniversary, new job, retirement, or simply the sunshine, our home is sure to create a memorable experience.
