Your villa is located a short level walk to the gorgeous Pool and you are situated right across from Wailea Beach and resort. This villa is the perfect location for easy pool days and walks to the beach and due to that proximity gets many requests for our visitors that return annually.
The elegant, yet understated and spacious living room seamlessly flows outdoors onto the equally spacious covered lanai through stackable (disappearing) sliding glass doors. Relax on the lanai and fire up the large outdoor gas grill for that fresh catch of the day you picked up at the market.
The top floor is home to the beautifully and professionally designed living room that features an open, airy and bright floor plan that flows into the chef quality gourmet kitchen. The Chef's kitchen features a gas stove top, top of the line appliances, a large refrigerator with multiple freezer drawers, and is fully equipped kitchen with all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay.
The Master Bedroom is located on the lower level and is beautifully furnished and decorated with a plush King Bed, large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, dual vanity sinks and a walk in closet! Enjoy your own private ground floor outdoor lanai with lounge chairs. The second Master Bedroom is also located downstairs with a King Bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a guest bedroom with a King Bed and private ensuite bathroom. The main living area also has a half bath making it easy to entertain guests and family!
Additional amenities in the unit include full central AC, a private elevator within the villa, a full sized washer and dryer, private garage, covered car port, beach chairs and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool!
Amenities available to you include a stunning pool with a waterfall, sandy beach area for children, and 2 jacuzzis Beach towels are provided in your unit and enjoy the state of the art fitness center. Poolside massages also available! This is a gated community.
Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments at nearby properties, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resort is not included with your reservation
