If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway in Maui, you will love our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa with amazing views of the ocean and the mountain. Our villa is located in Wailea, a second-floor unit with upgraded amenities, air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private parking stall. You will be close to the golf course, tennis club, restaurants, and shops. The living space has an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen that has new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. You can enjoy your coffee, oven, glass-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and more. The living room has updated furniture and a brand-new flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The sofa couch can also turn into a Queen-size bed, ideal for two extra guests. You can relax on the private lanai with a drink and admire the stunning views of Haleakala Mountain, Molokini Island, and the Pacific Ocean. Our villa is on the top floor, so you will have no obstructions in your sight and no noise from the road. You will be surrounded by tropical gardens and palm trees. Each bedroom has a King-size bed with soft pillows and linens for a good night's sleep. You will also have plenty of closet space for your clothes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a new double vanity and a large, walk-in 2-person shower. The second bathroom has marble countertops, a full bathtub, and a custom-tiled shower. You will also have free Wi-Fi, an in-suite full-size washer and dryer, and a dedicated private parking stall. You can park up to two cars per reservation, and the second car can park in any available guest stall. Our villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 new King Beds and 1 new Queen-sized sofa bed. The resort has beautiful grounds, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, and four gas grill BBQ areas for you to enjoy. Our Maui vacation rental is conveniently located across the street from shopping, and it's near the beach. You can walk to several restaurants.
