This home is in the exclusive Golden Beach neighborhood of Venice Island, which is only a 0.5-mile walk or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes an outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. (Parking is limited to residents but very close on-street parking is available for guests.) Having a private beach is a wonderful experience. No crowds, no noise- just beautiful views, lots of space, and a chance to enjoy the peaceful blue water of the Gulf without any disturbances. For those who love hunting for shark’s teeth, Venice beaches are the perfect place to find these amazing fossils, either right on the beach or during a scuba-diving adventure. Downtown Venice, with its charming shops, restaurants, and parks, is located only 0.8-miles from the home. You can stroll the promenade or enjoy dinner at one of Venice’s many celebrated restaurants. Harbor Haven is also only approximately 1 mile from Brohard Paw Park, one of very few beaches in the greater Sarasota area that allows dogs to enjoy the surf and sand as well. Also, Both Venice Beach and the famous Venice landmark Sharky’s on the Pier are both within walking or biking distance.

One larger bedroom additionally offers a comfortable queen-sized pullout sofa bed and a workspace with desk for those who may be working remotely. Nearby, the full bath with its shower/tub combo is well supplied with plenty of fresh, fluffy towels. The property has an additional half bath as well. There’s even a laundry area with a washer and dryer so you can keep those swimsuits dry! The property also boasts a spacious, partially fenced yard, and good dogs are most welcome to vacation here too.
