This charming second floor three-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa boasts views of the lake from every direction! Situated in the highly sought-after community of Sarasota National, you will never be short of exciting things to do! As you enter the villa, you will find the garage entrance to the left and the staircase to the right. As you make your way up the stairs, you are welcomed by an open and airy floor plan. There is a gourmet kitchen large space with gorgeous granite countertops, all updated stainless steel appliances, and countertop seating for two. Next to the kitchen, you will find the gorgeous wooden dining table with a lovely chandelier hanging over it. This dining table can accommodate up to six comfortably. This room boasts a large movie theater seat-inspired, leather sectional with a 50” TV. From the kitchen to the living room, you will find a set of accordion sliders that overlook the magnificent lake! On the screened-in patio, you will find two chaise lounges to kick back and enjoy your morning coffee, along with two chairs and a table. This house has an office with a gorgeous glass desk! In this office, you will find a coin slot machine which, is a fun game for the kids and the perfect area to work remotely! The bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a 42” TV, and an attached master bathroom. This master bathroom boasts a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Next to this bedroom is the main bathroom, which includes a large granite vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom boasts a large plush couch where you will find yourself spending the afternoons enjoying a magazine or cozying up with a book!
