This 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom townhome is a great ski vacation home or an equally phenomenal summer vacation home. You'll have parking in the garage for 1 vehicle and 1 car in front of the garage. Homes located in Vail Village or Lionshead, which are Ski-in and Ski-out, are 10 times the price of this great home. Yet this home has million-dollar views and is reasonably priced for your next vacation rental. It works great for groups or two families. Unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly, per the HOA. This townhome has 4 levels as follows: First: Garage level, front door entry, access to the 'dumb waiter', boot and ski storage Second: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, access to the 'dumb waiter' Third: Living room, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, balcony, hot tub and deck, gas grill, access to the 'dumb waiter' Fourth: Master bedroom level, small office/work area and desk, access to the 'dumb waiter' from the garage In the living room you'll find the wood fireplace with a large screen television, two sofas, one of which is a sleeper-sofa, and amazing views of the Vail Ski areas.
