This home is rentable to guests for the first time and is in the midst of a complete furniture design. Everything will be ready towards the end of November 2023. The home's location is unbeatable for skiing access and enjoying everything Vail Village or Lionshead offers. The ski-in access is for more advanced skiers and snowboarders by skiing through the trees off of Lionshead Catwalk. Just 20 steps later, you’re relaxing in the complete ski locker room while sharing stories of the epic powder turns before heading downstairs to warm up by the fire with your favorite apres beverage. To start the day at Vail Ski Resort, you have two ski-out access options just a short walk away. You can walk out of the front of the house and turn left to walk down Rockledge toward Vail Village. You will start on Vail Village Catwalk and ski down to Gondola One. The other option is to the right when you leave the house to walk down Rockledge and then Forest Road. You will start just above the Born Free Express Lift in Lionshead. Venture down the home's back steps that lead to Forest Walk for a lovely eight-minute stroll to Vail Village.
