This lovely 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom, penthouse condominium is perfectly situated right by the ski lift in Lionshead. Easily and joyfully walk to shops, dining and the Lionshead ice skating rink. Enjoy the private, roof top hot tub with sweeping mountain views after a day on the slopes, fishing or after a day of hiking or biking. Lovely, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The property has an on-site and private swimming pool (shared with building). You will be very pleased with how close you are to the ski lifts in Lionshead – Born Free Express Lift 8 and the Eagle Bahn Gondola (number 19). If you’re here in the summer, spend some time relishing the cool waters of the shared pool after a long hike on a nearby trail. You’re in a bustling area, so there are restaurants and shops all around you. Breakfast, dinner, ice cream, coffee – all close to you. There is also a market close by, The Market at Vail, where you can pickup many items you’ll need for snacking and dining. The Market at Vail can be viewed online for shopping at https://www.mercato.com/shop/the-market-at-vail In town, a short bus ride or drive away, there are larger grocery stores – Safeway and City Market (roughly two miles away).
