This warm condo with large balcony and slope side views has all the comforts of home and was newly refreshed in November 2018. The home features an open floor plan combining the fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 6 guests and living room with flat screen TV and gas fireplace. You can access the deck from the dining area, which has seating to enjoy the breathtaking views of Vail Mountain or cook dinner on the gas grill. Retreat to the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV and includes private access to the full guest hallway bathroom. The bathroom includes a double vanity and large walk in shower. Bedroom 2, located directly across from the master, features two sets lodgepole pine twin over twin bunk beds and en suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the year round communal hot tub and seasonal outdoor heated pool. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
