Layout
This penthouse is split into two floors. When you walk in, the kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite are off to your left. These are all south-facing with nice views of the mountain and creek. To the right from the front door, you’ll find a hall bathroom and two guest bedrooms. And up the stairs from the front door, you’ll find the loft family room (open to the living room), the fourth guest bedroom and access to the private outdoor hot tub.
Ski Access
During the winter months, guests need only walk 0.2 miles down Vail Valley Drive to access chair 6 out of Golden Peak or walk 0.3 miles down Vail Valley Drive or Bridge Street in Vail Village to catch Gondola One out of Vail Village. If you don’t feel like walking, the free in-town bus stops just 0.1 miles from this residence and takes you to Golden Peak.
