If you’re a water enthusiast this villa has easy access to the canal for swimming, paddle-boards, and kayaks. The world-acclaimed Grace Bay beach is only a 5-minute bike or car ride away.
The great room with its vaulted ceilings and large glass doors that open to a covered terrace has an open seating area with sectional and lounge chairs to enjoy conversation, listen to music, or watch a movie. It also features a formal dining area, breakfast bar, and adjoining covered terrace with additional seating and dining options. At night you can close off the terrace using the retractable no-see-um screen and continue to enjoy bug-free outdoor living in the warm tropical breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the great room features high-end appliances, a gas stove/oven, quartz counter-tops, custom cabinetry, and a center island breakfast bar. The open concept is designed so family and friends can stay connected.
The villa has three large bedroom suites each with king beds, ensuite baths, large built-in closets, and televisions. All suites have a pool and canal views and direct access to the terrace and pool. The master suite also has a private outdoor shower and covered terrace while the other two bedrooms have charming pergola-covered semi-private terraces. Bedrooms have large jalousie windows that can open to let in the evening breeze without compromising security. Your vacation to Turks and Caicos wouldn’t be complete without spending time in the beautiful turquoise water and at the beach, so the villa has also been equipped with 2 tandem kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 4 Electra Townie bicycles, and assorted beach chairs and umbrellas. Additional equipment can be rented from the water sport outfitter 5-minutes’ walk away.
All bedrooms have jalousie windows to let the tropical trade winds flow through the home and all are fitted with no-see-um bug screens.
