The open design of the luxury holiday home allows a view of the Caribbean Sea from every room, beginning the moment you walk through the entrance. The 32-foot wall of glass doors that enclose the living area and kitchen completely opens onto the screened porch. You can also open the remote-controlled wall of screens and fully enjoy the outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every room, although the cross-breezes rarely make them necessary.
The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the view, read a book, or watching television. The screened porch has a spacious dining area, comfortable cushioned chairs, and a convenient bar-refrigerator. A powder room is found just off the front entry of the luxury holiday home, to keep bedroom suite areas private.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a quick breakfast, a poolside snack, or a gourmet meal. The maple cabinetry and breakfast bar were customs made on the island. The design includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a limestone mosaic backsplash, and paintings by a local Turks and Caicos artist. When you don't want to cook or grill, there is a lovely waterside restaurant and bar you can walk to, or there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet. We will be happy to provide recommendations. There are three bedrooms with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach, mingling with the sound of the trade winds as they gently rustle the leaves of the palm trees. Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit when AC is desired.
Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on. The bay is calm and shallow for a long distance out and is a great swimming beach for both children and adults. The beach is very secluded, and you will often be the only ones there. Swim at dawn under the pink morning sky and swim at night under the stars. A short, winding boardwalk takes you from the pool to the sand.
The pool has a beach entry access - one end of the pool is shallow enough to provide a gradual transition into the pool or function as a wading pool for small children. The pool uses a new salt-generating system instead of chlorine and is very gentle to the skin and eyes. The deck has a table for alfresco dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone. At night, it is idyllic for stargazing and viewing the lights of sailboats moored in the bay.
This sought-after beachfront location offers unobstructed, panoramic sunsets. Watch for the green flash as the sun melts into the water.
