Immerse yourself in the turquoise waters and enjoy the island's most spectacular snorkeling at Smith's Reef, just steps away from the villa's 150 ft private beach. Alternatively, take a stroll along the world-famous 12-mile stretch of Grace Bay Beach. From your large elevated pool deck and infinity pool*, savor the breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean and colorful Caribbean sunsets. Dine under the star-filled sky at the outdoor table and enjoy alfresco meals. Recently, the outside floors and stairways have been beautifully refinished with cool European limestone. The open-concept kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room and stylish living area, all elegantly furnished and offering stunning views. Open the sliding glass doors and let the refreshing Caribbean air fill the villa as you sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower adorned with Italian mosaic, providing a beautiful view of the turquoise pool and ocean. The four beach-level bedrooms offer tropical garden views and can be individually accessed from the gated breezeway. The breezeway showcases a Trompe-l'oeil aquarium wall painting and an additional lounge area. Three of the beach-level bedrooms have king-size beds with en-suite bathrooms, while the Dolphin room with an en-suite bathroom can also be arranged as a king-size bed upon request. Additionally, the living area features a DVD player and a portable iPhone adapter, allowing you to play your selection of iTunes music. Room 2: Beach level, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV. Room 3: Beach level, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV. Room 4: Beach level, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV. Room 5: Beach level, offering the option of a king-size bed or two twin beds, en-suite bathroom, and TV. Notes: One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate, and additional cleaning services are available for an additional cost. The villa is located near Smiths Reef, renowned for offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water, providing excellent snorkeling opportunities. Our villas come equipped with a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Please note that portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented separately.
