This villa is set on the picturesque Chalk Sound, and is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property which has all of the modern amenities such as a Jacuzzi tub, a separate game room (with a pool table, kitchen/bar area, and TV) but the feature of this villa is the infinity pool looking out at the pristine waters of the Chalk Sound National Sanctuary. This protected environment doesn't allow for motor craft, but feel free to kayak, windsurf or paddle board in these waters. The villa is fully landscaped, and of course surrounded by local Palm trees. There is a private one bedroom unit with it’s own terrace and spectacular view. Amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. Entertainment center (incl. plasma TV, DVD, stereo etc.), pool table, wet bar, and free wireless internet.A rental car is a must, as you are staying in a quiet residential community, with a 15 minute drive you can be in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, art shops and water sports await you. Everything from the beginning of your holiday when you step off the plane and meet your Breezy Palms Representative who will assist you and will give house orientation, and who will be available throughout your stay, It is important to us that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself and have the holiday to remember... and return to.
