The villa is set high atop the cliff in scenic Chalk Sound and has incredible 180-degree oceanfront panoramas.
As you step into the main house, the open-plan living area has 30-foot high ceilings and glass doors that lead onto the extensive outdoor deck. The full kitchen features an ocean view, stainless steel appliances, and crafted wooden cabinetry. This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms.
Just off the living area is the pool patio, where you can enjoy the sun-sparkling water or relax under shady palm trees. There’s also a BBQ grill and covered patio dining area.
The villa has a wide selection of seating and lounge arrangements, both indoors and out. Exterior deck and patios, both covered and uncovered, surround the villa.
There are three bedrooms in the main house with two on the ground floor and one on the upper level. The other two bedrooms are in the guest house, which is conveniently located on the other side of the pool. All the bedrooms have King size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and doors that open onto a deck or veranda. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Other indoor amenities include fast Wi-Fi, DVD player, and televisions.
Outside, the main deck stairs lead down to the private gazebo and waterfront swimming dock. In a 3-minute walk, you can be standing on the soft sand of Taylor Bay Beach. With its sheltered and calm water, this bay provides a smooth surface for floating out on a kayak or paddle board. Sapodilla Bay Beach is a 3-minute drive away and offers shallow water that’s perfect for families and children.
Be sure to take in the sights of Chalk Sound National Park with its photographic views. The water in this interior lagoon has limestone particles, and due to sun refraction, gives off a striking blue hue. Throughout the lagoon are tiny islands, some of which are home to a few Turks and Caicos Islands Rock Iguanas. You can dine overlooking this view at Las Brisas restaurant. You can even rent kayaks from the restaurant if you want to venture out into the Sound.
