This rental, a spacious 4-bedroom villa, is set one lot back from the water and provides guests with a clean, modern, and luxurious retreat. The abundance of natural light and elevated views over the bay create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. The open-concept design ensures that guests can enjoy stunning water views from virtually anywhere in the house, while the seamless flow between spaces promotes togetherness. Step through the expansive wall-to-wall Arcadia doors and discover a practical and beautifully furnished space where you can relax and create lasting memories. This villa features a BBQ grill, covered and uncovered sun decks, outdoor dining and lounging areas, a surround sound system, a private freshwater pool, water toys, and more.
Estates also offer a small beach shared with the other three villas. Guests can unwind on the beach, take the kayaks and paddleboards (included and shared with the other villas) for a leisurely ride, or simply bask in the beauty of the water vistas. This villa provides a versatile and convenient location for all your vacation needs.

Notes:
Our villas are equipped with essential amenities such as a coffee maker, washer and dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, and an iron/ironing board (available upon request). A starter supply of paper products is provided but not replenished. Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are usually available but not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are not typically included but can be rented. Please note that post-COVID, most of our villas do not provide communal snorkel gear.
The villa has an attendant who assists with setting up kayaks, paddleboards, umbrellas, chairs, and other on-site maintenance tasks. The attendant is available throughout the day and resides in a shed behind the villa, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
