This Villa is beautifully located on the peaceful, turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park. Swim out to one of the many small islands in the Sound, use the kayaks to visit Iguana Island, or snorkel the coral reef at the edge of the property – the Sound offers both serene beauty and unlimited outdoor fun. If you prefer, you can swim in the freshwater pool, or lounge in the sunshine on the pool deck.
The villa is approached through electric gates with ample parking. The grounds are fenced off on three sides and there is a 150 ft of waterfront on the fourth. The property is arranged over two floors, garage and laundry on the lower, accommodation and living area on the upper. An elevator, and/or steps, connects the two. All rooms have doors opening out on to the patios with views of the water. The central point of the villa is a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining, and relaxing area with a panoramic undisturbed view of the water and cays. In two ‘wings’, either side of the living area, are the bedrooms and bathrooms. This makes it ideal for two families, or couples, who want to share but maintain their own privacy. In one wing is a king bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are views of the water, and doors out onto a patio and garden. Next to this is a twin bedroom with doors out onto a patio. There is a further bathroom with walk in rain shower and a separate toilet and vanity unit. Linking these rooms to the living area is the Media room with 42” HD TV, Bose sound system and BluRay DVD player. There is DirecTV provided and a collection of movies and music. The sound system is linked to the living area and patio by the pool. There is WiFi throughout the house and the patios.The other wing is linked to the living area by a library. There is a king bedroom with views from three sides of the water and doors out onto a patio and gardens. There is another twin bedroom. A separate bathroom with walk in shower and a separate toilet and vanity unit. All bathrooms have two vanity units. The en-suite bathroom has a tub.
There are three linked patios providing abundant space to relax and soak up the sun or dine al fresco under the stars. All the patios are entirely private and not overlooked. The infinity pool is 40 ft long and 4ft 6” deep with easy access by wide, shallow steps. There is a seating area in the pool to relax and admire the view with perhaps a cocktail or two! There is dining for 8 and a gas BBQ. Meander down the steps through the garden to a deck/dock with a seating area. From here you can swim, snorkel over our own coral reef, or launch the kayaks to explore Chalk Sound. Not far away is an island with Iguanas. They will come close if tempted with grapes!
