Our property will provide an unforgettable experience with 4000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms and is able to accommodate whatever your needs are from holiday vacation, family gatherings, corporate retreats, business meetings, or special occasions. No expense was spared when designing this villa to ensure a superior guest experience for large groups. The home is upscale with an interior that has high-end furnishings and comfortable accommodations, just for your group. This three-story home offers breathtaking gulf views from all floors and as a bonus, there is a rooftop where you can enjoy unlimited beach views. The first level features a 4 car garage and access to the beachfront private pool. Just step outside the French-style doors and step into your private pool oasis. You can access the beachfront pool from the garage or through stairs from the second floor. An outdoor sectional for 6 and 4 additional sun loungers are available. The second level features an open layout with the living room, dining, and kitchen areas - together where the family can enjoy the quality time together. There is a half bath right by the living area. The simply divine living space has comfortable sofas and flat-screen tv and best of all it features sliding glass doors with beach views. Right outside the living space is a small patio with an outdoor table for 8 guests and a gas bbq grill. The dining area also features views of the beach and it comfortably seats 10 guests, the breakfast bar accommodates another 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas stove, granite countertops, casual bar seating, and natural lighting. The kitchen also features a large island. You can prepare home-cooked meals in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The second level features the first two bedrooms – the first bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (shower) and the second bedroom features a King size bed with a private bathroom (shower). The third level features the third bedroom: a kid's room with a Queen size bed, a sofa, and even has a PlayStation! The fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo), the fifth bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (shower). All of the bedrooms have beautiful décor and a flat-screen tv. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with amazing views of the water. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The bedding arrangement and layout makes this beach house perfect for large family's or families looking to share.
