Having undergone a recent renovation this much anticipated beachfront residence is back on the vacation rental market. New features include beautiful wood floors throughout. The large open kitchen is modern, bright and fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The comfortable living room is flooded with natural light and is now enjoying the addition of a Smart TV and opens up to a large outdoor deck with comfy furniture and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The large deck is great to gather with your family and friends, to hang out with a good book, sunbathe or watch the breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets while sipping on a fancy cocktail :)!
The home has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a comfortable king sized bed and lots of closet space; bedroom two and three are on the upper floor. One has a queen sized bed, the other has bunk beds with a twin on top and 2 full sized beds on the bottom (new photos coming soon!). There's also a sofa sleeper available. All bedrooms are very spacious and feature smart TVs. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens up to another balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The main en suite bathroom as well as the 2nd upstairs bathroom feature shower/tub combos and sinks with granite counter tops. A laundry room with a full washer and dryer is available to our guests on the main level.
This really cool beach house comes with an outdoor gas grill and includes a kayak and beach toys for our guests’ use. Parking space for multiple cars available underneath the building.
Tucked away in an exclusive neighborhood of Treasure Island with a true beach vibe! Caddy's On The Beach and Ka Tiki will provide you with options for live music, cold drinks and great food just a beach walk away. You’re also in walking distance to our “Beach Trolley” that runs up and down the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. The grocery store just one mile away. Lots of other local attractions, restaurants and water activity are all within a 3 mile radius.
