This rental is nestled in a unique and private location, but close to area beaches, restaurants, and shops. It boasts a waterfront infinity pool, BBQ grills, and boat and fishing docks. You will not want to miss this fabulous vacation opportunity with fun for everyone. This rental is the bottom right 1st-floor location when looking at the building from the street. Property Highlights! -The Intracoastal Waterway is literally your backyard. -Views galore and dolphin and manatee sightings are plentiful. -6-minute walk to the beach. -2 private balconies with back balcony overlooking sparkling waters of Intracoastal. -Spacious open floor plan features a comfy living area and 4 bedrooms features tons of sleeping. -3 bedrooms have King beds. -4th bedroom has a queen and bunk beds. -Fish off the dock, 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddleboards (shared). -Wi-fi, sleeper sofa, and washer and dryer. -2 assigned parking spaces. 3 guest parking spots are first-come, first-serve. -There are 2 boat docks with shore power and water available. -Dock water levels are typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides. -1 parking spot for a boat up to 30', $199 per week. Larger boats may require an additional electric fee. -You must notify TeemingVR in advance if you are bringing a boat and what size. -For boat launching and trailer parking please see Treasure Island Boat Ramps and Marina. -Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted on this property including the balcony, patio, pool area, and parking lot. This unit is situated on Boca Ciega Bay on the barrier island of Treasure Island. There are many local restaurants within a 20-minute walk including R Bar, The Floridian, The Pearl Restaurant, Foxy's Café, and Dixie's Little Dog House. Treasure Island is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that "Old Florida" feel and is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf sunset at popular Caddy's on the Beach or sip island drinks overlooking the peaceful Intracoastal waterway at the Salty Rim Grill. The world-famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just 2 miles away.
