This luxury beachside condo offers a panaromic view of the gulf and intercoastal waters. Everything is brand new from top to bottom.This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den is beautifully decorated with coastal furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is tasteful with granite countertops, rain glass cabinet doors, and breakfast bar open to the main living area. The living area offers a 55" flat screen t.v., leather sleeper sofa and loveseat with sliders to the screen balcony. The master bedroom has access to the screen balcony, as well as additional slider for enjoying those sounds of water. This gated community offers many great amenities for all ages such as shuffleboard courts, volleyball sand courts, heated pool, 2- jacuzzi and 2-lighted tennis courts. ( WEEKLY STAYS ONLY- MAX. GUEST DURING STAY 6 ) ** COMPLEX CHARGES A RESORT FEE $50.00 PER UNIT PARKING SPACE ($10/A DAY PER ADDITIONAL GUEST VEHICLE) MUST BE PAID BY GUEST UPON ARRIVAL AT THE GUARD SHACK.
