Ground Level: Featuring a Queen room, a full hall bath, and a main bedroom with 2 Singles. The game room is equipped with a pool table, a full refrigerator, and a cozy sitting area with TV, all accessible to the large yard and swimming pool. Mid Level: Offers a main bedroom, 2 additional main bedrooms, a main bedroom with 2 Duobunks, a laundry room, and access to the deck overlooking the pool area. Top Level: The inviting great room features a fireplace, 52' TV/DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD cable service with surround sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers and a breakfast bar, while the dining area provides captivating sunset views. Two more main bedrooms, one with a large garden tub, and a half bath complete this floor. Amenities: Enjoy a private heated pool (available in May, June, and September), a soothing hot tub, a gas fireplace, WiFi, 9 TVs (52' Flat Screen in GR), 5 DVDs, CD/Stereo, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a basketball goal, a volleyball court, baby items including a Port-a-Crib, High Chair, & Baby Gate, and a pool table. Unlimited free long-distance calls within the US. Beach access is just 25 yards away. THINGS TO KNOW: For January and February bookings, please contact us to confirm the availability of the hot tub. Fireplaces are operational from November 1st through April 1st. Pool heat is not available in July or August. You'll need to sign an additional lease agreement upon booking, which will be sent to your email. Check-in is only possible after we receive your electronic signature. Contact us if you haven't received this agreement. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Two dogs are welcome in this home with specific approval; no other animals are allowed. Free parking for up to 6 vehicles is available. Please provide at least 2 days' notice to heat the pool. A fee per day must be paid before check-in.
