The property features a main home as well as a guest house, which is attached to the main home.
On the top floor of the main home, you’ll find a spacious great room, featuring modern coastal decor and many windows to allow the ocean view to fill the room. The living area offers comfortable seating, perfect for curling up and watching your favorite show or gazing out the windows at the sparkling sea. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. An elevator assists with bringing groceries up to the kitchen. Two refrigerators and a plethora of counter space make family meals a breeze to prepare. Two dishwashers help with cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed together, as there is ample countertop seating and a large table in the nearby dining area. A half bathroom can be found on the third level for convenience. There is one master bedroom on the top floor, with a private full bathroom.
The middle level of the home is a mixture of common areas and bedrooms. There are six master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second floor. There is a sitting area, featuring a wet bar with refrigerator, perfect for meeting up and grabbing cold drinks before heading outside to the pool area.
There is one additional master bedroom on the ground floor, which also includes a private full bathroom. Entertainment amenities fill the remainder of the bottom level of the main home. Take family movie night to the next level in the theatre room. The rec room features a pool table, card table, and an arcade game. Snacks and drinks can be stocked in the nearby kitchenette with refrigerator for easy access to refreshments during breaks in play. A half bathroom and additional laundry facilities can also be found on the first floor.
The guest house offers additional sleeping space, and is connected to the main house by decking. The third floor of the guest house includes two master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and deck access. There is also a sitting room with a wet bar and refrigerator on the third floor of the guest house. The second floor of the guest house has an identical floor plan to the third floor, with two master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and deck access, as well as a sitting area with wet bar and refrigerator.
The outdoor oasis is sure to be where the family congregates during daylight hours. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool. Bask in the sunshine either by the pool or on the sun deck above the cabana. Easily walk from the sun deck onto the private walkway to the beach. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head to the spacious poolside cabana. There is a full bathroom outside as well. After the sun dips for the evening, warm up in the hot tub.
