The top-level great room in the main home is a sight to behold. Large picture windows frame the stunning ocean views, while multiple seating areas cater to both relaxation and entertainment. The neighboring kitchen is an epicurean's delight with ample space, a wealth of counter space, and a host of appliances for food storage, meal prep, and clean-up. A large dining table and countertop seating nearby ensures communal meal experiences. Step onto the oceanfront deck from the dining area to sip morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment, savoring the salty sea breeze. This level also includes an elevator for convenience, a master bedroom with deck access, and a half bathroom.
The main home's middle-level hosts five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, which also houses a treasure trove of indoor entertainment: a theatre room for the perfect movie night, and a recreation room with a pool table and arcade for some friendly competition. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and bar caters to snack or drink needs. The ground floor also includes a half bathroom and laundry facilities.
Step into the outdoor haven, where a spacious private pool, poolside cabana, and hot tub await relaxation and fun. A private walkway leads directly to the beach from the pool area.
The guest house features four additional bedrooms and two common areas. The top floor hosts two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and a sitting area. It is connected to the main house's top level via an outdoor covered breezeway. The second floor, which also connects to the main house's middle level through a covered breezeway, contains two more master bedrooms and a sitting area. Note that there are no internal staircases connecting the guest house's levels.
