The layout, which includes a main house and guest house, coupled with expansive communal areas and premium amenities, ensures a distinctive vacation experience for large families. The main house hosts a radiant and spacious great room on the top floor, offering breathtaking ocean views. The living area, replete with cozy furnishings and an electric fireplace, serves as an ideal chill-out spot during cooler evenings. The generous kitchen is well-equipped to accommodate meal storage and preparation for large groups. An elevator provides easy transportation of groceries from the ground floor to the third-level kitchen. With two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ample counter space, and kitchen counter bar seating, the kitchen can easily facilitate multiple chefs. A dining area nearby is perfect for shared meals, and a half bathroom is also available on the third floor. One master bedroom, boasting a luxurious bathroom and deck access, completes this level. The middle floor of the main house includes six additional master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Several of these rooms offer deck access. A sitting area with a wet bar and refrigerator provides easy access to drinks and snacks without needing to ascend to the third floor. The second-floor laundry room adds to the convenience. The last master bedroom, equipped with a private bathroom, is situated on the ground floor. The remaining ground-level space is dedicated to entertainment. Access to the guest house is via the decks from the main house.
