The top level of the home will be where everyone gathers, as the great room is large enough to accommodate your entire group. Movie night goes to an epic new level in the theatre room on the middle floor, which has comfortable tiered seating. There’s no need to trek up the stairs for a snack or drink, as there is a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave in the den on the middle level. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the second floor.
Seven additional master bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. Fun evenings are in store in the rec room, which features a pool table and card table. A wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave are nearby to keep everyone fueled up and ready to play.
The fun continues outside, where you can choose to splash in the private pool or simply lounge in the sunshine. The poolside cabana is available when you’re ready for a break from the sun. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach so you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. At the day’s end, take time to relax with a restorative soak in the hot tub.
