Presenting this magnificent Marathon 5 bedroom 3 bathroom single family Keys vacation home. There is a extra guest house/ garden villa available upon request that will provide another one bedroom one bathroom accommodation and a second pool. This stunning 5 bedroom home has it all! It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and the master suite upstairs. The living room is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Outdoor furnishings and seating with plus fire pit. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bedroom with open water views downstairs is a king, where the other room next to it will have a queen. Off the kitchen you will find two more bedrooms and a shared hall bath. The first bedroom off the kitchen will have a king bed and the back one has two queen beds. There is also a small desk in both of these rooms too. The master suite is located upstairs and has its own private screened balcony overlooking the pool & open water. This room features a king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom plus a large chaise lounge to relax on next to the balcony. The private screened balcony has a love seat, coffee table & two loungers that have stunning open water views. Flat screen TV with cable in the living room. The upstairs master has a TV but has a fire stick (you can log into your netflix, hulu or amazon accounts), downstairs bedroom with water view has a TV with fire stick, and finally the back bedroom with the 2 queen beds has a TV with cable. There is ample seating inside and outside for large groups or families. There is a propane grill, propane fire pit, separate hot tub & private pool plus dockage. Pool heat is is available for a weekly rate. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
