New stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, double sinks in the bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (one with 2 twins, the other has 2 doubles). The second guest bedroom is a queen.
At the island in the center of the kitchen is a breakfast bar that seats three, the dining table seats six. The living area has comfortable seating with a couch and two swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Off the living room & kitchen is a balcony that overlooks the pool and the open water. There is ample seating to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The outside living space of this home is nothing less than paradise. A resort-style pool, hot tub, and abundant lounge space give guests the option to relax and rejuvenate in a private oasis setting. All linens included central air conditioning, bait freezer, propane grill. Four kayaks, life jackets, and bungee on the kayaks.
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles depending on the size if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles depending on size and 1 trailer. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES.
DOCKAGE: There are 65 feet of the seawall to accommodate your boat. Fish cleaning station, water, 110 electric in the carport area.
