Wildlife abounds, you will see porpoises, manatees, tarpon, snook, sea turtles, egrets, and Ospreys.
This has a spacious kitchen with all the accouterments of a discriminating chef. The Great Room seats 10 people with 2 large leather sofas, an ottoman, and upholstered side chairs and is open to the dining and kitchen providing even more seating. The screen porch has table seating for 6 and a comfortable cocktail grouping for 4. The ground-level lanai has lounge group seating for 8, dining seating for 10, high-top bar table seating for 5, and poolside rolling lounge chair seating for 4. The lanai provides a wonderful shaded respite from the sun as well as an area to relax and to cook your fresh catch on the gas-fired grille.
Portable adirondack chairs provide additional seating on the sand, pool deck, or around the fire pit at the beach area. The pool deck has ample area to spread out and enjoy the warmth of the sun or to sit under an umbrella poolside. The fresh-water pool is cool and refreshing in the summer months and can be heated when there is a nip in the air in the wintertime.
