A new and much anticipated addition to the rental market! Tucked away in the Sanctuary of the Key West Golf Club. A magnificent two story, vacation accommodation with one of the larger floor plans in the development. The home is freshly decorated with soothing grays, blues and turquoise colors and boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The great room features bright and spacious sitting area with french doors over looking the screened in patio and back deck. The selection of oversized, very comfortable chairs makes this a great place to entertain. The den sits off to the side and serves as more main sofa sitting area with comfy sofa and a large screen television. The dining area will comfortably seat 6 people around a nice wood table. The kitchen bar is perfect for a casual meal or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the chef in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and beautiful granite counters. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS There are three bedrooms on the second floor of the house. The Main Bedroom features a king bed sleeping area; a large sitting area with sofa, perfect for an afternoon nap or watching a late night movie; and your own personal yoga space. The main bath has a double sinks and a oversized walk in shower.Two smaller bedrooms are in the front of the house and share the second floor front porch. One features a queen bed and the other two twins. They can be totally separate or double pocket doors can be opened for a family suite. A hall bath with standard bathtub completes the guest/children space. OUTDOOR SPACES Step out the french doors of the great room to a screened in porch and let the ceiling fan cool you. A perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail. Relax poolside while you sunbath or jump in to cool off. The Retreat also has a hot tub for you to relax in surrounded by a curtained pergola for privacy. The house also has a driveway with private carport. KEY WEST GOLF CLUB AMENITIES In addition to your own private pool and hot tub, Guests have access to two beautiful resort style community pools within the Golf Club development. There is also a nearby exercise facility located in the clubhouse. Guests may receive discounted tee times of our only Key west 18 hole golf course.Located 5 miles from Old Town Key West. The waterfront of Stock Island is very close for dining at some great restaurants or water activities. It is convenient to all of the shopping of Key West.
