This historic Bahama Village house is part of an enclave of three homes surrounding a shared pool. Amenities include high-speed wireless, flat screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, one off-street parking space and more. The stylish living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with top quality furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is located off the living room which opens to your outdoor living & dining area. French doors open to your private back covered deck overlooking the shared pool & deck area. Dine Al Fresco style on the covered deck that overlooks the shared pool area. Sleeping Accommodations: Two of the home’s three bedrooms are off the front entry hallway. One has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be made into a king. The large main floor bathroom that also houses the laundry area is down the short hallway next to the kitchen.The second floor has an open loft-style bedroom and bathroom. There is a comfortable king bed on one side of the space, with the bathroom occupying the other. The bathroom features a claw-foot soaking tub, but there isn't a standup shower on this level of the home. Parking: Off street parking spot for a small to medium sized vehicle.
