This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home in Key Colony Beach. The back yard faces east providing shade in the afternoon to clean fish or relax after a day of fishing, a feature many of our summer guests request. Quick access to the ocean and a short run across the oceanfront of Key Colony Beach into Vaca Cut for Gulf side boating and fishing. The club membership, which is included with this rental and is only 3 or 4 blocks away, offers a fabulous 65' pool and spa, heated in the winter, a nice stretch of beachfront shoreline, refreshments, and stunning views of the ocean. The home is spacious with lots of elbow room. The living area spans the width of the home and is waterside. Two sitting areas, one for conversation and the other for TV viewing and entertainment. Two pull-out couches for sleeping flexibility if needed. The home has a maximum occupancy of 7 including kids and babies but is ideal for fisherman that more often than not don't like to share! Three sets of sliding glass doors open onto the waterfront side of the home and windows on the living room sides all bring in great light during the day. Stepping out to the back patio you will find a sitting area and gas grill. The dock is a new concrete dock with a step-down area in the middle for easy boat access, kayak entry, or paddleboards. It runs the width of the property, 60'. Fish cleaning table and bait freezer. The kitchen and dining areas are all one for easy food prep and dining. Well equipped with everything you will need for your vacation meal planning and prep. A laundry room is just steps away and also has an outside access door making it easy to bring wet towels or clothing in from water activities or to store your fishing gear. The master bedroom and bath span the street side width of the house and have a queen-size bed and attached bath with a tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with the third offering twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs. The hall bath just steps away from the guest bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination. Tile floors throughout the home for easy care. Good parking with a carport for one vehicle to be in the shade. A side yard is fenced and available for trailer storage on site. The home has new wall unit ACs. One in each bedroom and one in the living area, very quiet units and allows each bedroom to be at the desired temperature for the occupants' comfort. The City of Key Colony Beach is a great location for anyone's vacation. As a City, it has its own City Hall, Post Office, Police Department ( which you will hopefully never need or actually meet!), and City municipal areas open to the public. Sunset Park is a beautiful relating area on the open water overlooking Vaca Cut and great sunsets or sunset color, sandy shoreline, observation pier, and some shady sitting areas. The City park offer2 a 3 Par golf course, tennis and pickleball courts that you can rent time on and there is a free kid play area with jungle gyms and climbing apparatus, also a basketball court (bring your own basketball).
