Whether you are vacationing with family, embarking on a fishing trip, or looking to just relax and find Peace..this Florida Keys-style home is just for you. 1,800 square foot, single-level stilt home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open main living area, a covered back porch overlooking the canal, a private pool, and 60' dock which has room for two boats. Three couples can sleep like royalty as this home has 3 king-size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the junior master suite has the same. The 4th bedroom has full-sized bunk beds on top and bottom. Also for your pleasure the living room couch opens up for an additional guest. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and 5 TV. On the practical side, a large capacity washer/dryer is available for your use. The upstairs covered porch boasts two seating areas and a gas grill for your homestyle barbeque. Enjoy dining outside or watch the sun go down from the upstairs patio with table and chairs. The pool area includes an outdoor seated lounge area and four chaise lounges. The pool measures 16 X 40 with a maximum depth of 5' and can be heated or chilled. Plugin your boat as the dock hosts 30 AMP plug-ins, and then clean your fish at the custom fish cleaning table with water. Guests may enjoy access to 4 single person kayaks. We have two freezers, one for bait and one for all the fish you want to take home. Brand new 8 X 10 covered tiki hut with water, electric, and a small bar. There is a 15 X 12 garage storage area for all your equipment and gear. Please note that guests do NOT have use of the main garage, however, the property offers lots of parking including plentiful shaded parking under the house. Lots of additional uncovered parking for boat trailers, RV/Camper, or additional vehicles. The location of this lovely home has several advantages. If beach time is on the top of your list, we are less than one mile from Sombrero Beach with a wide, off-road walking/running/bike path.
