Watch the sunset from Smathers Beach or the White Street pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute Ristorante for a beach-side meal, or bike ride down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.
THE POOL & GROUNDS...
As you enter through the door of the front wall facing the street, you will find a tropical garden with a brick walkway leading up to and around the sides of the house. Turn to your right and follow the house around to pass the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Keep walking around to the back yard to find one of the true highlights of this home. Several outdoor seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade, as well as comfortable chaise lounges and lovely tropical greenery, surround a gorgeous architecturally designed heated pool. You can really live outside in this back yard, with plenty of space that gets great sunlight all day. When you've had enough sun, have a drink on the patio in the shade and cook a meal on the state-of-the-art propane grill.
THE LIVING AREAS & KITCHEN...
Handsomely furnished, and the living area is certainly luxurious, with plenty of space to spread out. A huge flat-screen TV with surround sound speakers sits in front of beautiful, plush leather couches. The kitchen is just off the living area, with stainless steel appliances and all of the tools and equipment you will need to create a gourmet meal. The dining area is just across from the kitchen, with space for up to six diners at the dining table.
